Baked Goat Cheese Skillet with Calabrian Chili and Olives

An easy way to incorporate the finest gourmet olives and Calabrian chili peppers to our already delicious goat cheese.
Ingredients
- 12 oz goat cheese, sliced or crumbled
- 2 Tbsp crushed Calabrian chili peppers (adjust to your desired spice level)
- 1/2 cup pitted olives, cut in half
- 2 tsp fresh thyme, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Citarella baguette, to serve
Instructions
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat, then remove from heat. Add in goat cheese, Calabrian chili and olives. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to oven and broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese is bubbling and beginning to turn golden. Watch carefully so it doesn’t burn.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh thyme and drizzle with honey. Serve with Citarella baguette and enjoy!
